- We offer free shipping for all orders over $99. Orders below $99 will incur a fixed shipping fee of $3
- Once you have received an email confirmation that the order has been shipped, it will take between 1-3 working days to be delivered to you.
- Proectme only sends via a receipted delivery and the orders will be delivered within working hours. Please ensure that there is someone at the delivery address to collect the items. If no one is there to collect your item, then the courier service will leave a calling card with their contact details so that you can arrange to collect your parcel.
- If you receive any incorrect item or if any item(s) are missing, please get in touch with our customer service team and we will resolve this in a satisfactory manner.
- As soon as we have couriered your order, we will send you an email confirmation stating your order is on the way. You will be able to track the order by the tracking number and the link provided.
- Please note that we do not ship orders to P O Box as our courier services requires a signature.
